Terms and Conditions
We want to make sure your event goes smoothly for that reason we ask for a minimum of two weeks advance for booking where possible.
All special character requests require minimum 3 weeks advance notice.
A 50% deposit is due upon booking to hold your spot in our schedule with the remaining balance due one week prior to your event. All of our invoicing is done though PayPal until further notice.
Once an event is completed and our perfomer has done their job, no refund will be given. If for whatever reason, you need to cancel your event, you can do so up to seven days prior and receive your full deposit or payment back.
We love to hear from our clients and ask the community for reviews when their event is complete. Should you do this, you will receive a 3 minute video message from a character of your choice to keep forever.
